Manhattan Harbour is a proposed mixed use development along the Ohio River in Dayton, Kentucky. Currently, thousands of cubic yards of dirt are changing to contour of an area north of the Dayton flood levee in anticipation of beginning to construct the first phase of the project. Manhattan Harbour is eligible for Tax Increment Financing through the Kentucky Economic Development Cabinet.
